1. Shipment Processing Times

Processing Windows: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Holiday Schedule: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

High Volume Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Calculated Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery: Delivery timelines depend entirely on the courier service selected and your location. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, while international shipping can take 7–21 business days.

No Guarantees: Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only. Purnima Foods does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Tracking Details: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Tracking Activation: The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

4. International Shipping, Customs, Duties & Taxes

Global Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. It is the customer's responsibility to check if food and beverage products from India can legally clear customs in their home country.

Import Fees: Purnima Foods is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Customs Delays: We bear zero liability for delivery delays caused by destination customs clearance procedures or regulatory food inspections.

5. Transfer of Risk & Damages Liability Exclusion

Courier Responsibility: Purnima Foods is not liable for any products damaged, broken, melted, or lost during transit. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes total responsibility for the safety of the goods.

Filing Claims: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Delivery Addresses & Refused Shipments

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery addresses. Purnima Foods will not refund or reship items if the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the user.

Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused by the recipient or returned to us because of failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any customs charges incurred.
